THE GOODWILL SUBWAY

In 2005, Goodwill pioneered a unique new food service training program by opening the nation’s first Subway franchise that is owned and operated by a not-for-profit agency.

The Goodwill Subway provides the opportunity for people with disabilities or disadvantages to receive training for future employment in the food and hospitality industry in a real-world setting. In addition to learning techniques and processes for food preparation and excellent customer service, clients also have the opportunity to earn the nationally-recognized ServSafe certification.

The Goodwill Subway, located next to Goodwill’s corporate offices at 115 Haywood Rd. in Greenville, SC, is open for business Monday through Saturday.
