Certified Call Center Training Program
Developed in partnership with Midlands Technical College, this course educates students for a career in the call center field — a rapidly expanding industry with opportunity for career growth. Students participate in work readiness curriculum including resume development, workplace professionalism, interviewing, work ethics, basic computer skills, communications and financial management. The call center curriculum includes instruction in key areas including customer service, building rapport and relationships, verbal communication skills, cultural diversity, and voice and diction.
Upon successful course completion, a graduate may qualify for Kenexa Prove It! certification. Participation in the program does not guarantee employment upon completion; however you will have access to the resources of Job Connection.
