After 12 years in prison, Mr. Griffin Jr. faced the daunting challenge of reentering society. With negativity surrounding him, he chose to focus on success – one step at a time. Today, Mr. Griffin Jr. is thriving. He works full-time at BMW, has his license and a car, and lives in his own home. What’s more, he is preparing to enroll in HVAC classes to further his career goals.

When working on success, don’t overwhelm yourself,” advised Mr. Griffin Jr. “Take one step at a time, write your goals down every morning, and if you don’t complete it, just know there is always tomorrow.
