The Greenville Housing Authority has an essential mission to provide affordable housing and workforce housing assistance for veterans as well as low to moderate income families. TGHA plays an important role in providing affordable housing and workforce housing opportunities for the residents of Greenville, South Carolina. Today, TGHA provides rental assistance to over 5,000 families via the Housing Choice Voucher Program and through affordable housing properties that it owns and/or manages. TGHA’s mission extends well beyond brick and mortar and into the lives of the families we serve. They have a dynamic Resident Services Department to work with our families to help them in meeting their individual self-sufficiency goals and facilitate a thriving environment for our senior and disabled families to age in place.
