‘Tis the season to spread “Goodwill to All!” For 12 days, we’re highlighting program participants and Goodwill staff whose faces and voices tell a story of opportunity, hope, love and perseverance.

Jennifer is a member of our Goodwill team and also a participant in Goodwill’s Careers Plus program. Since being enrolled in Careers Plus, she has been able to get an apartment, purchase a car, and enroll at Greenville Technical College. Jennifer’s dream is to work in IT, but she needed a computer for her classes. The Indeed Essentials to Work program provided Jennifer with a desktop and hotspot to help her toward her goal.  Jennifer says she’s very appreciative for all that she has been able to accomplish and is looking forward to her future!

We place thousands of South Carolinians into meaningful employment and skills training programs each year. Just like for Jennifer, Goodwill’s programs provide access to important resources to overcome barriers big and small.
