Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina will celebrate the re-grand opening of its Subway franchise at 115 Haywood Road in Greenville on October 3, 2022.  Goodwill operates the Subway location, next to their Outlet Store, through the Business Services arm of the non-profit.

Originally opened in 2005, this Subway location has supported Goodwill’s mission of helping people become independent through education and training through the power of work.  The Subway has served as a strategic program to provide employment opportunities, serve as a work-site for individuals going through Goodwill’s food service training program, and generate additional revenue for reinvestment back into the organization’s education and career services.

The Subway location closed during early 2022 due to the COVID pandemic. Since July, the restaurant has been operating on limited business hours as it trained new staff and prepared for the October 3 grand opening.

The Goodwill-owned-and-operated Subway will be open from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on October 3 and feature special lunchtime promotions from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.:

  6 inch or foot long sub off the NEW Subway Series menu
