RYZE Mentoring Program

RYZE, in partnership with the Office of Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), builds on Goodwill's best practices in mentoring, job readiness training, and community engagement. The program incorporates evidence-based approaches to provide comprehensive support to youth and young adults impacted by the justice system.

  • Pairs participants with trusted adult mentors who have shared life experiences
  • Fosters confidence, resilience, and decision-making skills
  • Helps youth process and heal from past trauma through Trauma-Focused CBT

ELIGIBILITY

RYZE is designed for youth and young adults, ages 12-21, who are involved with the juvenile justice system, have a family member involved in the justice system, or are at high risk for involvement.
